1. What we collect
When you use JajaAdvisor, we may process:
- Questionnaire answers & generated reports — the business details you enter (name, niche, challenge, goal, etc.) and the report we generate. We may store these submissions to operate the service, analyze how it is used, and improve the quality of future reports.
- Email address — only if you choose to give it to us (for example, to receive your report by email).
- Usage data — anonymous events (such as a report being generated) to improve the product.
Your report is generated on demand. We do not require you to create an account to use the tool.
2. How we use your data
- To build and, if you ask, deliver your personalized report.
- To improve the tool based on anonymous usage patterns.
- To respond to you if you contacted us or provided an email.
3. Email
If you provide your email, it is stored to deliver your report and occasional product updates (email delivery is managed via Brevo). Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
4. Local storage
We use localStorage (not tracking cookies) to remember your language preference. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
5. Third-party services
- AI providers — your questionnaire answers are sent to AI model providers to generate the report. They are not used to build a profile of you.
- Live web research — we run search queries based on your niche to ground the report in current information.
- Brevo — email delivery, if you opt in. Their privacy policy.
6. Data retention
Any email you provide is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Anonymous usage data is kept for up to 12 months. We do not sell your data.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@jajasoft.net.
